Why NCNDA is needed?

Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement is used in the preliminary stages of a business transaction where the seller and buyer do not know each other, but are brought into contact with each other by one or more intermediaries to fulfill the transaction. It ensures that the business will receive full compensation for its contribution.

Why LOI is needed?

A Letter Of Intent is a document declaring the preliminary commitment of one party to do business with one another. The letter outlines and shows the chief terms of a prospective deal. It spells out the agreement between buyers and a seller and Letter Of Intent vary in length and specificity. It includes intro to your project, contact information, description of your organization, statement, solution of need, funding sources and final summary.

Bank Confirmation Letters are commonly prepared for business customers of the bank, vouching for the existence of specific lines of credit.
